The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality external reporting under US GAAP while helping modernize finance processes and systems. This is an opportunity to influence financial reporting at a strategic level while leading a team and supporting finance transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of quarterly and annual filings under US GAAPOversee external financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirementsPartner with auditors to support accurate and timely financial statement deliveryDrive improvements to financial close and reporting processes through technology and best practicesAssess and implement accounting treatment for new transactions and new accounting standardsDevelop structured documentation and deliver training related to accounting changesStrengthen internal controls to protect company assets and improve reporting integrityOversee internal reporting to the board and executive leadership teamProvide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-makingEnhance reporting processes to improve accuracy and timelinessLead, mentor,
