About the Company

We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to join our remote team and help us identify and hire exceptional technology professionals for roles across software engineering, AI/ML, data, cloud, DevOps, QA, and other technical disciplines.

About the Role

The ideal candidate understands technology, knows how to find hard-to-reach candidates, and can manage the recruitment process from sourcing through placement.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, Boolean/X-Ray searches, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive technical candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical experience, communication, motivation, and overall fit.
- Understand technical job requirements and accurately evaluate candidates against required skills and experience.
- Conduct personalized candidate outreach and build relationships with high-quality technical professionals.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage follow-ups throughout the process.




- Manage multiple technical positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand requirements, provide market feedback, and deliver qualified candidates.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.

Requirements

- Strong experience with sourcing and advanced Boolean search.
- Must have an active Recruiter or Recruiter Lite Account.
- Good understanding of software development, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, and other technology roles.
- Excellent English communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to identify strong technical talent from resumes and professional profiles.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
- Experience with Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Compensation

- US Clients: USD $5,000 per successful placement
- Canadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placement
- No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.
