Elevate patient care at FYidoctors in Smithers as a Patient Services Specialist in this full-time position. You'll work from Tuesday to Saturday, using your talents to support and engage with patients.
In this role, you will be pivotal in greeting patients, processing check-ins, and coordinating appointments. Your engagement will extend to performing pre-testing, managing eyewear pickups, and ensuring seamless billing. We're looking for someone passionate about providing stellar service in a cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check-in patients upon arrival
• Engage with patients in person, over the phone, and via email
• Assist with appointment coordination and prescription printouts
• Manage eyewear pickups and minor repairs
• Support the clinic with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Retail experience is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office and technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Team-oriented and adaptable in a changing environment
