Sun Valley Co-op is hiring for a full- time Yard Foreman to join our team at Altona Home Center location.

Job duties:

- Organizing, loading and helping arrange for deliveries
- Loading customer orders on-site
- Safe and effective movement of product throughout the yard/warehouse
- Unloading external delivery trucks following all receiving proceduresSafe operation of all forklifts
- General yard/equipment maintenance.

What are we looking for in a candidate:

- Valid class 5 drivers – A class 3 license would be an asset.
- All applicants must be willing to acquire a valid class 3 license within a reasonable timeframe upon hiring.
- Must be physically able to lift upwards of 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions (All Manitoba weather)

- You are efficient and accurate in a busy environment.
- You have solid organizational abilities
- Customer Service Oriented
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills
