• Support individualized Skill Development and Career Development Plans




• Help participants identify strengths and career goals
• Create hands-on learning experiences and job simulations
• Build confidence and promote self-advocacy
Requirements:
• Experience in hands-on learning with adults
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Adaptability to meet diverse participant needs
• Knowledge of strengths-based employment approaches
• Organized with planning and documentation tasks
