We are seeking Journeyman and Apprentice Fitters/Welders to join our Fabrication crew on the night shift. Ideal candidates are CWB certified in MCAW and possess strong communication skills. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adhere to safety standards in all tasks to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Sub Arc welding equipment effectively
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate within a team or work independently
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain communication regarding project progress
Requirements:
• CWB certified in MCAW (additional tickets an asset)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Availability for overtime when necessary
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive workplace
