Until training is complete, you will be required to work in the office, full-time.Key AccountabilitiesAssists in developing and executing a comprehensive Identity and Access Management program plan and project plans for the implementation and configuration of Identity and Access Management system components on premises and in the cloud.Provides Identity and Access Management expertise to business and technical project teams.Understands organizational business requirements to produce Identity and Access Management solutions that meet current and future business needs.Implements best practices for Identity and Access Management while ensuring adherence to SGI’s information security standards, provisioning, de-provisioning, privileged access management, and access reviews.Oversees the system administration and monitoring of Identity and Access Management tools.Plans and oversees identity integrations for managing identities in the hybrid cloud setting.Maintains procedures and training plans for advanced Identity and Access Management system features.Serves as a technical escalation resource to team members on all Identity and Access Management related technical issues.Maintains the Public Key Infrastructure and certificate management solutions for the SGI hybrid cloud environment.Researches and follows industry trends in the Identity and Access Management space and provides recommendations that influence SGI’s strategic objectives.Ensures a process of continuous quality improvement through the collection and analysis of identity data, trends, and dashboards.Technical Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced knowledge of identity and access management best practices, methodologies,
