In this critical role, you will design and implement Sun Life’s Corporate Operational Risk Management (CORM) Transformation Program. You will work to modernize risk management practices in alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework and enforce consistency in risk practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee the execution of CORM initiatives across business groups - Establish operational risk appetite frameworks and KRIs - Develop measurement methodologies for operational risk - Drive consistency in risk reporting and analytics capabilities - Provide independent oversight and challenge risk assessments
Requirements: - 10+ years in operational risk management experience - Strong qualified certifications preferred (e.G., CFA, FRM) - Experience in federally regulated institutions - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - Proven success in leading high-performance teams
