Okanagan Quality Roofing is looking for one exceptional Roofing Sales Advisor to join our growing team.

This is not an entry level sales position, and it is not a role for someone waiting for the phone to ring.

We're looking for a confident, experienced sales professional who thrives on competition, embraces accountability, and knows how to create opportunities. Someone who is just as effective converting qualified inbound leads as they are knocking on doors, building relationships, generating referrals, and creating their own pipeline.

What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Advisor, you'll represent one of the Okanagan's fastest growing roofing companies while helping homeowners protect one of their largest investments.

Your responsibilities include:

- Meeting with homeowners to inspect roofs and provide professional recommendations
- Presenting roofing solutions and confidently asking for the sale
- Managing and converting qualified company generated leads
- Consistently self generating new business through door knocking, neighbourhood canvassing, referrals, networking, and relationship building
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline every week
- Following up diligently to maximize closing opportunities
- Managing all opportunities through our CRM
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through project completion

In addition, you should have:

- A minimum of three years of professional sales experience
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling high value products or services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Roofing, construction, home improvement, or exterior renovation sales experience is a significant asset, but top performing sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.

Realistic first year earnings: $60,000 to $100,000+
