Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Drive Away Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A retired orr semi-retired truck driver is an ideal candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and relocate various types of trucks across Alberta and Canada
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license
- Physicallly fit (this is a physical job - must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Robust commitment to safety and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel as required
