Rice Contracting Ltd. is hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial builds from pre-construction through close-out. You'll manage scope, budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and client communication-supporting projects delivered through general contracting, construction management, and design-build.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning and execution: scope, schedule, procurement, change management, and close-out.

- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep work moving.

- Manage project cost control: budgets, commitments, change orders, and forecasts.

- Drive communication: client updates, meeting minutes, RFIs/submittals tracking, and issue resolution.





- Support field teams by removing roadblocks and ensuring timely decisions and approvals.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in project management on commercial/industrial/institutional construction.

- Strong working knowledge of drawings/specs, contract administration, and project financials.

- Proficient with Excel; scheduling software experience (MS Project or similar) is an asset.

- Skilled communication and leadership skills.

- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset in the Greater Moncton region.
