We are a company that only deals with automotive lighting, headlights, tail lights and fog lights. We currently have a full time position available. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager that has worked in the Automotive Industry as a skilled technician/ professional with a minimum hands on 4 years experience doing the following: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of warehouse facilities, ensuring efficient, safe and cost-effective use of warehouse space, equipment and resources. They must be able to plan, coordinate and oversee the movement, receiving, storage and distribution of inventory within the warehouse facility. This individual must approve or recommend expenditures within established company policies and delegated authority, they must provide direction and guidance to employees and contractors regarding warehouse operations, facility requirements, safety procedures and company policies. They are to also analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to warehouse layout, facility utilization, inventory processes, logistics and resource allocation. There is also a hands on day to day work that includes fitting various pieces using different glues, cleaning and polishing headlights getting them ready for shipping. Understanding of sandpaper grit levels, water sanding and abrasive polishing compounds is a must. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to follow instructions and exercise sound and common-sense judgement as well as excellent communications skills in English and Spanish.



Self motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.Auto body experience is a big bonus. Please do not apply unless you are in this field and meet the upper requirements. Responsibilities:

Polish using high speed buffer

Light sanding if needed, both wet & dry by hand & orbital sander

Clean and wash as needed

Training provided.

Qualifications:

Knowledgeable using small handheld disc orbital sander

Understanding of sandpaper grit levels, water sanding and abrasive polishing compounds

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to follow instructions and exercise sound and common sense judgement

Good communications skills

Self motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:00 pm

Wage: $42.00/ Hour

This is a very specific type of work that requires a solid capability to work with your hands all day while standing up on your feet. Priority will be given to applicants with experience. Starting wage can and will be increased if you show or have most skills and capabilities mentioned above.
