Emergency Restoration Manager

Paul Davis Winnipeg is seeking an experienced and motivated Emergency Restoration Manager to lead our Emergency Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing emergency mitigation projects, managing restoration technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, insurance professionals, and industry partners.

This leadership role requires strong organizational, operational, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of restoration and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee emergency restoration projects involving water, fire, storm, sewer, and environmental losses.
- Lead, coach, and support Emergency Restoration Technicians to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and maintain operational readiness.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring profitability and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
- Maintain communication with property owners, insurers, adjusters, brokers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Review documentation, reports, and project records for accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in business development activities and maintain strong industry relationships.
- Assist with staffing, training, and performance management.

QualificationsRequired

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of restoration industry experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of water, fire, mould,



and contents restoration procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, or related).
- Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Symbility.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and restoration estimating.
- Construction or project management experience.
