As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Coordinator who is passionate about people, culture, and organizational success.

This is an opportunity to work closely with leaders across the business, support employee engagement, and help build the teams that drive our future.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Source and attract top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, Indeed, company ATS, and industry connections
- Build talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
- Partner in recruitment administration: job postings, ATS management, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communication, interviewing, and references.
- Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and related logistics as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding administration and preparation.
- Schedule recent hire orientations.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention initiatives




- Assist with HR projects and provide support across HR priorities as required.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments
- Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards, Human Rights legislation
- Proven success sourcing and attracting top talent
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary diploma, certificate, or related education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
