Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable and guest focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming breakfast experience for guests by maintaining cleanliness, basic food preparation, and providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in creating a positive start to our guests' day and supporting the overall hospitality experience. This role requires early morning starts so must have reliable transportation. 6:00 AM start time. ***Part time, Saturday and Sunday mornings***

Duties

- As a team, prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with food safety standards and restaurant procedures
- As a team, set up breakfast buffet or serving stations, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and appealing
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and safety protocols




- Replenish supplies as needed and assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe setting for guests and staff
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and friendly service
- Wash dishes, clean floors, clean the kitchen during and after service.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is not required; training will be provided
- Customer service experience is highly valued, especially in hospitality or food service settings
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for success in this role
