What You'll Be Doing

- Performing residential cleaning services including standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleans
- Working independently or as part of a two-person team depending on job size
- Following Wingspan Cleaners' service standards and client-specific instructions on every job
- Arriving on time, in uniform, and prepared to work at client properties across Mississauga
- Reporting job completion through our scheduling platform
- Handling client property with care and professionalism at all times
- Communicating any issues, damage, or concerns to management promptly

What We're Looking For

- Valid Ontario G or G2 driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle, this is a bona fide occupational requirement; the role requires travel between client locations across Mississauga
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role on a sustained basis, this is a bona fide occupational requirement: repeated bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 25 lbs),



and standing for extended periods throughout each shift
- Minimum 3 days of consistent weekly availability (daytime hours, Monday through Saturday)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional, clients are trusting us in their homes
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Prior skilled cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
- Experience with eco-friendly or plant-based cleaning products
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Basic English communication skills for client interactions
