Cosmedic Ink is reopening and expanding our Lash & Brow Bar and is hiring two experienced Lash & Brow Technicians.
This is not an entry-level position.
Applicants must already have an active existing clientele/book of paying clients and skilled Lash & Brow experience.
Compensation
Starting wage: $18.00/hour
Plus:
10% commission on qualifying monthly service revenue once the technician reaches the established monthly production threshold.
Gratuities are additional.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 2 consistent days per week to start
- Approximately 12–16 hours per week
- Day, evening and Saturday availability may be required
- Potential for additional days as the department grows
We are hiring 2 technicians to create broader Lash & Brow availability throughout the clinic week.
Existing Clientele Is Mandatory
Candidates should be prepared to discuss:
- Approximate number of active paying clients
- Current appointments per week or month
- Current service mix
- Average service ticket
- Repeat-client and rebooking activity
- Approximate current monthly service production
- Number of clients reasonably expected to follow them to Cosmedic Ink
A social-media following alone is not considered an established book of business.
Production Expectations
This is a commercially driven role.
Successful technicians will be expected to work toward and maintain approximately:
$400 in average service revenue per working day
with opportunities to exceed that level through:
- Rebooking
- Client retention
- Referrals
- Service add-ons
- Retail sales
- Active business development
Preferred Service Experience
Strong preference will be given to technicians experienced in multiple Lash & Brow services, including:
Appropriate training and certification are required for all services performed.

Social Media & Business Development
Technicians are expected to actively contribute to the growth of their schedule and the Cosmedic Ink Lash & Brow Bar.
This includes:
- Creating usable service content
- Before-and-after photography
- Promoting available appointments
- Participating in CMI social-media campaigns
- Encouraging reviews and referrals
- Rebooking clients
- Helping build awareness of the Lash & Brow Bar within Cosmedic Ink
We are looking for professionals who understand that building a successful schedule requires both excellent service delivery and active business development.
Future Advanced Aesthetics Opportunity
Cosmedic Ink operates a SharpLight advanced laser and light-based aesthetics platform.
High-performing technicians who demonstrate strong reliability, client care, production, professionalism and long-term fit during approximately their first 90 days may be considered for company-supported SharpLight training and certification.

September Availability
Cosmedic Ink is preparing for a clinic Open House on September 17, 2026.
Availability to participate in this event is strongly preferred, and at least one successful candidate must be available to represent the Lash & Brow Bar.
