Audi Kingston is looking to expand our team with one highly motivated General Car Sales Manager!

This team member will be experienced, customer centric, and a process-driven leader. As market shares expand and demands increase, we are looking to add a Sales Manager that will help us grow. Our culture is one of training and mentorship, accountability, and results.

This person will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the Sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and regular attendance is essential.

You must have sales and management experience, but we open to training the right candidate if past experience in sales or management was in a different industry, such as retail. Must be positive and motivated.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver license, OMVIC, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
