We're looking for motivated commission-based Sales Representatives to help introduce aspiring entrepreneurs and existing cleaning business owners to The Ultimate Cleaning Business Academy. Earn commission on eligible sales you generate. Training on our programs, sales process and expectations will be provided.

If you're more interested in becoming an entrepreneur than selling our programs, you can also learn about The Ultimate Cleaning Business Academy and our training programs. Purchasing or enrolling in the Academy is completely separate from applying for the Sales Representative chance and is not required for employment or consideration.

COMMISSION-BASED SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Ultimate Cleaning Business Academy is an education and training business designed to help people learn the systems involved in starting, operating and growing a cleaning business.

We're expanding and looking for confident, motivated individuals who are comfortable speaking with prospective customers and helping qualified prospects determine whether one of our programs is appropriate for them.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity suited to people who are self-motivated, comfortable communicating by phone or online, and interested in sales, entrepreneurship and business development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll communicate with prospective Academy customers, explain our programs and what they include, answer general questions, follow up with interested prospects, maintain professional communication and work toward converting qualified prospects into Academy members.

You should be comfortable having real conversations rather than simply reading from a script. We want representatives who can listen to a prospect, understand what they're trying to accomplish and clearly explain how our training works.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





Previous sales experience is an asset, but we're also interested in people with strong communication skills and the willingness to learn.

You should be confident speaking with people, dependable with follow-ups, comfortable working independently, professional when representing our brand and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, business development, entrepreneurship or the cleaning industry can be beneficial.

COMPENSATION

This position is commission-based. Compensation is earned on eligible completed sales in accordance with our sales representative compensation structure.

Full commission details, eligibility requirements and payment terms will be explained during the interview/onboarding process.

ABOUT THE ULTIMATE CLEANING BUSINESS ACADEMY

Our Academy provides practical education for people interested in building or growing a cleaning business. Training can include topics such as client acquisition, pricing, sales, residential and commercial opportunities, subcontracting, operations, recurring contracts and business growth.

We focus on practical systems and education rather than promising guaranteed income or unrealistic business results.

Applicants interested in the Sales Representative opportunity do not need to purchase or enroll in the Academy.
