The Opportunity

As a member of our paint team, you will be involved in preparing, painting, refinishing, and detailing a variety of aircraft. This role offers the chance to work in a unique aviation workplace where precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, stripping, and cleaning.

· Mix and apply primers, paints, and specialty coatings in accordance with specifications.

· Perform touch-ups, refinishing, and detailing work to achieve high-quality finishes.

· Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Follow company procedures and applicable safety requirements.

· Collaborate effectively with maintenance and production teams to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

Licensed Red Seal Painter Candidates

· Valid Red Seal Painter certification.

· Experience in industrial, automotive, aerospace, or aircraft painting environments.





· Strong understanding of surface preparation, coating systems, and finishing techniques.

· Ability to read and follow technical instructions and specifications.

· Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experienced Apprentice Painter Candidates

· Registered Painter Apprentice with significant hands-on painting experience.

· Demonstrated knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.

· Experience in industrial, automotive, marine, aerospace, or similar environments considered an asset.

· Strong willingness to learn and develop within the aviation industry.

· Ability to work effectively under guidance while contributing independently to assigned tasks.

· Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
