Professional Overnight Cleaning Supervisor

Most people can't do what we do. Not because it's complicated — because the standard is high and we don't lower it. Our clients trust us because we've earned it, shift after shift, with the same people showing up and doing it right.

We're looking for someone to lead that standard in Vancouver.

The Shift

- Evening/overnight, typically 3–7 hours depending on the location
- Consistent nights, same crew, same routes — build your life around it

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and coaching a small overnight crew, making sure every checklist is followed the same way, every time
- Doing the work alongside your crew — deep cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bars, bathrooms, and dining rooms to a premium standard
- Spot-checking finished work against BOHLEX's standard before it's called done
- Reviewing and approving post-shift photo documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Troubleshooting on the spot — call-outs, missed spots, site issues — so clients never have to
- Onboarding new crew members and reinforcing training on the floor
- Flagging supply, equipment,



or site issues before they become problems

Requirements

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Full-time availability
