Toto Sushi is looking for a reliable and hardworking Sushi Assistant to join our team.
Main Duties
- Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri & pressed sushi
- Assist with sashimi preparation
- Prepare and stock ingredients
- Keep sushi station clean & organized
- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety & sanitation standards
- Help other team members during busy hours
Qualifications
- 1+ year sushi experience preferred
- Sashimi & nigiri experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of fish & seafood
- Japanese cuisine experience is a plus
- Fast, accurate & reliable
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn
Job Details
- Full-time / Part time / Permanent
- $19–$21/hour (depending on experience)
- Location: In person
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
