We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable CNC Operator to join a unionized workforce in Victoria, BC.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently according to production requirements
- Set up and operate CNC equipment, including loading materials and tooling
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic operating issues
- Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Perform other CNC-related duties as required

Qualifications & Experience





- Previous CNC operating experience required
- Experience with CNC setup, tooling, and machine operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and quality control
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be local to Victoria, BC, or the surrounding area
- Must be available to work locally in Victoria

Compensation & Union Benefits

$40.50 per hour + 12% vacation and benefits

This is a union position, with wages, benefits, and working conditions governed by the applicable collective agreement.
