Position: Working Civil Foreman

Location: Lower Mainland BC

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Starting off at $50 per hour salary varies depending on experience please call (phone hidden) to discuss further. Benefits will be discussed on the phone

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

-Read and interpret construction drawings, ensuring all work aligns with the project plans and specifications.

-Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.

-Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all workplace safety regulations.

-Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

-Maintain accurate daily records of work completed, incidents, and progress reports.

Requirements

-Class 5 Driver’s License: A valid Class 5 driver’s license is mandatory for this role.

-Technical Expertise: Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

-Fitness Level: must be active and Healthy

-Strong Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Must be able to speak Fluent English

Experiences

-Minimum 5 years worth of experience as a civil foreman

-Must have experiences with the following

-Underground piping

-Waterworks

-Earthworks

-Culverts

-Roadworks

-Must be able to operate a machine and run a crew
