Full Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Scheduling and coordination of staff and overseeing daily restaurant operations

· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate operations

· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms

· Conduct performance reviews

· Price products and services

· Organize and maintain inventory

· Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

· Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

· Develop, implement, and analyze budgets

· Participate in marketing plans and implementations

· Address customers' complaints or concerns

· Provide customer services

· Recruit, train, and supervise staff

Working Conditions:





· Fast-paced environment

· Work under pressure and with tight deadlines

· Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Schedule:

· 40 hours per week; day and night shifts; schedule may vary according to operational requirements.

Computer and technology knowledge:

· MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Previous experience with HRM and restaurant management software/tools

Supervision:

· 5-10 people
