One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Sales Manager near Regina, SK for their facility.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and delegate work to service staff effectively

- Oversee daily operations, planning, and staff supervision

- Ensure work completed by team leaders and direct reports meets expectations

- Maintain integrity as signing authority for internal work orders

- Support service department profitability and performance

- Address staff turnover through proactive workforce planning

- Maintain a protected, clean, and secure work environment

- Understand customer needs and ensure high satisfaction

- Promote a positive team culture with open communication

Requirements:

- Knowledge of agriculture and materials handling equipment

- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Understanding of service department labor rates, billing, and inventory control

- Strong leadership and time management skills
