The Role
We are looking for a Water Treatment Service Coordinator to join our Service Department, with primary responsibility for supporting our Bottled Water division. This role requires working knowledge of water treatment systems and terminology, as you will be speaking directly with customers about equipment, water quality concerns, and service-related questions.

This is not a general call-centre role. You will be expected to understand what our customers are talking about and confidently support both bottled water and water treatment service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and emails related to bottled water and water treatment service
- Support bottled water customers with orders, deliveries, pauses, and account changes
- Communicate effectively with customers about water quality concerns and basic system questions
- Coordinate service and delivery schedules with technicians and drivers
- Update work orders, customer notes, and service records accurately




- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Act as a reliable point of contact between customers, technicians, and management

Required Qualifications

- Prior experience or strong working knowledge of water treatment systems (softeners, filters, RO, UV, iron/sulfur treatment, etc.)
- Customer service experience, preferably phone-based
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Comfortable using computer systems and service software
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way

Nice to Have

- Experience in a water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or service-based company
- Dispatch or service coordination experience
- Familiarity with CRM or service management platforms

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
