Duties
- Prepare, clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols
- Assist with the proper handling and storage of sterilized tools to ensure readiness for patient procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, instrument inventory, and compliance documentation
- Support the dental team by managing the flow of sterilized instruments during procedures
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to infection control and medical waste disposal
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and patient safety
- Stay updated on current sterilization techniques and best practices in dental hygiene
Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with dental sterilization processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding procedures and documentation requirements
