We are looking for Traffic Controllers / Flaggers to join our crew for the remainder of the 2026 season.

We are looking for reliable people who have their own vehicle, are comfortable working outdoors, and have previous flagging/traffic control experience. 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred.

Requirements

- Own vehicle and reliable transportation to job sites
- Valid driver's licence
- Previous flagging/traffic control experience preferred
- 6 months–1 year of experience preferred
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Must be willing to come in and write the required exam
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Able to follow directions and communicate clearly

Equipment

We can provide the flagging/work equipment needed for the job.





Employees must provide their own CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots.

Duties

- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through work zones
- Follow proper flagging procedures and safety requirements
- Communicate clearly, with clear English, with crew members and supervisors
- Monitor traffic and changing site conditions
- Report hazards and safety concerns
- Help maintain a safe work area

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44.0 per week
