One of our clients is looking for Heavy Duty Mechanic (310t or 421A) at LaSalle, ON location for their facility.

Shift - 3 shift rotation
Pay Rate - $45/hr - $50/hr

Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and/or off-road equipment

- Perform preventive maintenance services including oil changes, brake inspections, and system checks

- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulics, and air brake systems

- Conduct inspections in accordance with provincial safety standards and complete required documentation

- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues

- Repair or replace defective components, parts, and systems

- Maintain accurate service records and work orders





- Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop environment

Qualifications:

- Valid 310T or 421A (Heavy Equipment Technician) certification required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certification preferred

- 3 5 years of experience working on heavy-duty vehicles or equipment

- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, and air brake systems

- Ability to use diagnostic tools and read technical manuals and schematics

- Valid driver's license is an asset

- Robust troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
