We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our premier dealership service team. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair the full lineup of factory-certified Case Construction Equipment. From compact track loaders to full-sized excavators and crawler dozers, your expertise will ensure our customers' fleets maximize their uptime and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and overhaul advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on CASE machinery.
- Utilize proprietary CASE electronic diagnostic tools and telemetry software (such as SiteWatch™) to pinpoint operational issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, warranty work, and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used dealership machinery.
- Clearly document diagnostic findings, parts required, and repair steps on factory work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected shop environment in compliance with dealership safety policies.
Requirements
- Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
- Previous experience working at a major dealership brand is highly preferred; direct experience with CASE, CNH,
or competitive tier-1 construction machinery is a significant asset.
- Strong technical knowledge of tier-4 diesel engines, hydrostatic drives, and pilot/electro-hydraulic systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Ownership of a standard professional toolset.
