Looking for a motivated hard working individual for our Parts and Warranty department.
Position involves ordering parts for inventory, service units and warranty claims.
- Must have proficient computer skills and experience with inventory management is considered an asset
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from customers effectively and efficiently
- Team player
- Verify incoming warranty claims to ensure that they are valid
- Gather necessary information to process claims in a timely manner
- Keep customers up to date on queries and concerns
- Knowledge of RV's considered an asset
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to lift up 75lbs
