Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Brampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming Haas CNC machining centres, including Haas VF-6 and VM-3 machines.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident with CNC machine operation and can independently read drawings, set up machines, and create or modify CNC programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience operating CNC machining centres
- Strong CNC programming experience is required
- Experience with Haas CNC machines is a strong asset
- Experience with Haas VF-6 and/or VM-3 is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
- Knowledge of CNC tooling, feeds, speeds, offsets, and setup procedures
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or machining experience required

Working Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 30-minute working interview to demonstrate their ability to safely operate and use the CNC machinery, as well as their programming and machining knowledge.

What We Offer

- Approximately $30/hour, based on experience
- Full-time, stable day-shift position
- Monday to Friday schedule
- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work area
