In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in medical and dental office procedures will support clinicians and administrative staff alike, creating a welcoming environment that promotes excellent patient care. Main job duties include assisting patients and doctors with ECG, transcription and dictation; taking patients' histories; being well versed in computer programs (Accuro); and having good communication skills

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression while managing multi-line phone systems with efficiency.
- Verify insurance information, process patient check-ins, and update medical records promptly to maintain data integrity.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, faxing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence to support clinic operations.
- Handle patient inquiries professionally, providing clear information about procedures,



appointments, or billing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, updating medical terminology documentation, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Experience

Looking for IMG Graduates.

- Prior experience working in a dental or medical office environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records platforms such as Accuro is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology ensures accurate communication and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
