Northcott is a wholesale textile company manufacturing fabric for the quilting, crafting, and home décor industries. We're looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our talented in-house creative team.

You see projects through from start to finish, dig until you find the answer, and pay close attention to detail. You're motivated, focused, and take direction well.

What You'll Do

- Design layouts for sales and marketing materials, including shade cards, lookbooks, catalogues, sales booklets, templates, ads, signage, and presentations
- Prepare website graphics and online marketing materials
- Colour-match and proof samples against digital artwork
- Prepare graphics for email marketing campaigns
- Design product packaging
- Shoot and digitally correct photography
- Edit video content
- Follow and contribute to design best practice protocols
- Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations to the team

What You Bring

- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work in an Apple/Mac environment
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office




- Ability to quickly and accurately match and edit colours in Adobe Photoshop
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A strong creative eye for colour and composition
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
- Social media savvy across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter/X, and YouTube

Nice to Have

- A passion for quilting, sewing, and/or crafting
- Filming and editing experience for short web videos
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Experience with email marketing software
- Digital photography experience using a DSLR
- Familiarity with production-class Xerox laser printers
