Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic spool welding team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing projects with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques, and ability to interpret drawings will be essential to ensure the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting chance to work on diverse projects, from piping and structural assemblies to custom fabrications, all while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform MIG, TIG, and SMAW welding according to detailed blueprints and schematics
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other equipment to cut, shape, and assemble
- Measure materials precisely with calipers, tape measures, and other measuring devices to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Execute rigging tasks safely when lifting or positioning heavy materials using cranes or forklifts




- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

- Proven experience in welding with strong proficiency in MIG, TIG, and SMAW techniques
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery, tools, and fabrication processes
- Experience with rigging, crane operation, forklift handling, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of schematics related to manufacturing or construction projects
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to welding, fabrication, and heavy equipment operation
