Duties

- Greet clients warmly at the front desk, schedule appointments, and manage client flow efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering skilled advice
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Support the team during busy periods by handling administrative tasks such as appointment bookings and product inventory checks
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to create a safe environment for clients and staff





Experience

- Previous experience in hair cutting is essential
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques or a keen interest in developing these skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn recent skills through on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced stylists
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
