We are currently seeking Regional drivers based in Winnipeg to run to Calgary and Saskatoon. This position will be Monday to Friday with weekends off.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience
- At least 1 year of mountain driving experience, including one full winter season
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Must be a non-smoker
Additional Requirements:
- Experience operating electronic logs (E-logs) is required
- Background in freight transportation or commercial driving is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic automotive repair is an asset
- Solid commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict delivery schedules
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a commercial truck in winter conditions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries
- Complete all necessary documentation including delivery logs, mileage records, and inspection reports
