Site Manager - Travel Required (Interior BC or Northern BC)
We are hiring two Site Managers: one for Interior BC and one for Northern BC.- Preferably Prince George based.

The Site Manager plays a crucial role as part of a three-person Top 40 project team. This position acts as our "boots on the ground," reporting regularly with site updates, photos, and progress tracking. Responsibilities include verifying and correcting site dimensions, inspecting millwork installations, and ordering replacement parts for deficiencies. Occasionally, the Site Manager may perform small installs or repairs as needed.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Prior experience installing millwork is essential.

Requirements:

- Ability to read architectural and millwork shop drawings.
- Experience installing commercial millwork, cabinetry and kitchens.
- Knowledge of BC Housing & AWMAC millwork build and install standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
- Strong time management & organizational skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS365 (Teams, Outlook, and Excel) for reports, emails, meetings.

Responsibilities:





· Accurately measure & recorded site dimensions, communicating to office via tablet.

· Inspect installation work by contract installers and ensure quality standards.

· Identify and report deficiencies, ordering remade parts as necessary.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, colleagues and installers.

· Manage diverse projects - from custom millwork to huge multifamily developments.

· Attend site meetings, coordinate site access, hoisting and deliveries.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year (based on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, occasional weekends & evenings. Schedule varies based on workload.
