Duties

- Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products tailored to each client’s needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a warm, engaging experience that encourages repeat visits
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Upsell retail products confidently by educating clients on their benefits and usage to enhance results




- Maintain thorough records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product offerings to ensure expert advice

Requirements

- Valid state license to practice as an Esthetician with certification in eyelash extensions preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services and products
- Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize retail opportunities without pressure
