We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Contractor / Subcontractor to deliver exceptional cleaning services across various commercial facilities. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial/ residential spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas, adhering to established standards and schedules
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, dusting, window cleaning, and surface sanitation
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly products to ensure effective and secure cleaning practices
- Identify maintenance issues such as leaks, electrical problems, or damaged fixtures and report them promptly for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and inspections to ensure accountability and quality control
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to protect yourself, colleagues,



and building occupants
- Collaborate with facility managers or clients to customize cleaning routines based on specific needs or special events

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers effectively
- Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and environmentally friendly products
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in service delivery
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills for reporting issues clearly and working collaboratively with clients or team members
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions
