Become a key part of the WingsUp! team as a Crew Member, where you’ll play an essential role in delivering great food and memorable guest experiences. In this fast‑moving position, you’ll prepare menu items, operate the POS system, and help ensure every customer leaves happy. This paid role is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on food service skills while working in a fun, high‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare all menu items quickly and consistently while upholding high standards for taste, presentation, and portion accuracy
- Use the Micros POS system to enter orders, process payments, and issue receipts with accuracy
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly, following proper cash‑handling and balancing procedures
- Deliver friendly, attentive service by taking orders, answering questions, and recommending menu items when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in both kitchen and customer areas, following all food safety rules
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure fast service without sacrificing quality




- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to meet health and regulatory standards

Experience

- Prior experience in food prep or food service is helpful but not required; full training is provided
- Familiarity with POS systems (including Micros) is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and clear communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced workplace
- Basic math skills for handling payments, calculating totals, and giving change
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling practices
- Experience in restaurants or the food industry is beneficial but not mandatory
