Duties

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the front desk to optimize salon flow and reduce wait times
- Support hair stylists with sanitation procedures, tool sterilization, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the salon
- Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance client experiences and increase revenue opportunities
- Handle client inquiries professionally via phone or in person, providing detailed information about services offered




- Coordinate with stylists to ensure timely service delivery and manage daily operational tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales transactions, and client preferences to foster personalized service

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience or interest in hair styling or beauty services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and records
- Prior experience at a front desk or in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
