What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machines and woodworking equipment to manufacture cabinet parts
- Set up and run automatic edge banders and CNCs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Use hand and power tools for assembly and finishing tasks
- Work closely with production staff to build and assemble custom cabinetry
- Assist with lifting and installing cabinets and large components
- Keep machinery, tools, and workspace clean and safe
- Take initiative and work independently without micromanagement
What You Bring:
- Experience in cabinet making and woodworking machinery operation
- Proficiency in CNC operation and setup
- Strong attention to detail—"close enough" is not good enough for you
- Ability to read and adapt technical drawings and shop plans
- Confidence using hand and machine tools
- A positive attitude and passion for teamwork
- Valid G-class driver’s license
- Willingness to pitch in wherever needed and support team success
