- Coordinate procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery of custom millwork products aligned with project specifications.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to assist in budgeting and cost control for millwork scopes of work.
- Review and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation processes.
- Manage communication between subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain workflow momentum.
- Monitor project timelines closely with effective time management strategies, adjusting plans proactively to meet project milestones.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting complex schematics for accurate fabrication.
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D or HeavyBid for scheduling and documentation.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating principles specific to millwork projects.
- Ability to read and analyze schematics and technical drawings with precision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil or structural aspects relevant to millwork installation.
