JOB SUMMARY

The Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment and to perform preventative maintenance throughout the plant on electrical and mechanical equipment and to do electrical installations.

ABOUT THE POSITION

- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, electrical equipment and services.
- Support the plant stationary engineers in keeping the refrigeration system working as well as the boilers, wells and compressors.
- Support production processes as needed.
- Have an understanding of PLC, Servos and utilize in order to support manufacturing processes, such as assembly lines.
- Complete electrical installations to meet company and ESA standards.

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

- 309 or 442A Industrial Electrical license
- At least three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset
- Proof of completion of Apprenticeship

COMPENSATION – AFTERNOON SHIFT

- Location: Listowel, ON
- Employment Type: Full-Time Afternoon Shift
- Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday – Friday, some Saturdays
- Hourly wage: $44.44 *OT rate (1½) paid after 44 hours (plus $1 attendance bonus, uniform and boot allowance)

COMPENSATION – NIGHT SHIFT

- Location: Listowel, ON
- Employment Type:



Full-Time Night Shift
- Hours: 10:00 pm-6:30am (Monday – Friday)
- Hourly wage: $45.15 *OT rate (1½) paid after 44 hours (plus $1 attendance bonus, uniform and boot allowance)
