We are seeking a dedicated, focused and competitive outside sales representative who is seeking unlimited commission earnings. This individual will follow the established formula to build relationships with new and existing clients. The candidate will be a self-starter yet able to take direction, be open to learning, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Source new sales opportunities and cold call clients
- Follow the proven sales formula to make 20 – 25 door knocks each day
- Record daily contact details on our proprietary database
- Understand customer needs, research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Assist with the development and execution of sales and communication campaigns
Qualifications:
- 1 year of outside sales and/or marketing experience is an asset
- Experience in the staffing industry is an asset
- Comfortable working to sales metrics and targets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a robust command of the English language
- Advanced MS Office proficiency; including Word and Excel
- Passion for connecting with people and building relationships
- Organization and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Quick learner with an open mind who can absorb and understand a flexible pricing matrix
- Passionate, and positive attitude, and works extremely well with others
- Strong sense of urgency
- Might be a graduate from or currently obtaining a post-secondary diploma/degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Management and/or Public Relations
