Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Corporate/Commercial Banking experience and expertise in ACBS or similar lending platforms. The role will focus on requirements gathering, data analysis, SDLC/Agile delivery, QA testing, and collaboration across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and business requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders across Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending
- Support ACBS implementations, conversions, migrations, and related banking initiatives
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation using SQL
- Participate throughout the IT SDLC within Agile delivery environments
- Develop test execution plans and support functional, UI, web application, and database testing
- Validate data and application functionality using SQL
- Coordinate with QA and development teams to identify, track, and resolve defects
- Manage requirements, test cases,



and project documentation using ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and qTest
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Corporate/Commercial Banking experience
- Strong BSA experience with functional requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with ACBS or similar lending platforms
- Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Lending
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and data profiling
- Experience with Agile methodologies and IT SDLC
- QA/testing experience covering UI, web applications, and databases
- Experience building test execution plans
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and qTest
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ACBS conversion or migration projects
- Test automation experience
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
