Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features through compelling product demos to showcase benefits and functionalities
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items or services to enhance their experience
- Manage cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts while maintaining accuracy




- Utilize phone etiquette skills to follow up with customers or provide information about products and promotions

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Strong background in technology sales, with experience demonstrating technical products or solutions
- Proven track record in retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement and upselling techniques
- Experience conducting product demos that highlight features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect with customers confidently
- Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a tidy workspace
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude at all times
- Effective phone etiquette for follow-up calls or inquiries related to products or promotions
- Basic math skills necessary for transactions, inventory management, and promotional discounts

Pay: $16.60-$17.95 per hour
