The Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (CCATCM) is a leading institution dedicated to the education and training of future practitioners in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

We are seeking dedicated and passionate TCM professionals to join our team as TCM Instructors / Clinic Supervisors. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, support student learning, and provide clinical instruction in a professional educational and clinical environment.

Position Overview

The TCM Instructor / Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for teaching courses within our TCM programs and supervising students in the clinical setting. The successful candidate will bring a combination of clinical expertise, teaching ability, and a strong commitment to student development.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Duties

- Teach core TCM courses, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, diagnostic techniques, and TCM theory.
- Develop and deliver engaging and up-to-date course materials.
- Assess student learning through assignments, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to support students' academic and professional development.

Clinical Supervision





- Supervise and mentor students in the clinical environment.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, professionalism, and safety.
- Provide hands-on instruction in TCM modalities, including acupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion.
- Guide students in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and decision-making.
- Evaluate student performance and provide ongoing feedback.

Program Development & Collaboration

- Collaborate with faculty members in developing and refining curriculum content.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of clinical training.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Assist with clinical scheduling and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate student attendance, clinical progress, and evaluation records.
- Support compliance with applicable college and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

- Valid TCM Practitioner licence (R. Ac.) or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Strong knowledge of TCM theory, herbal medicine, acupuncture techniques, and clinical practice.
- Excellent communication,

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
